During a trip in Benin in 2006, we stopped for a night in BANTE village. The day after, we had the chance to visit OLADJEY school and we were moved by the pupils, the teachers and the education conditions.

During this visit, we discovered reality.

We realized that all children do not go to school because they don’t have money for this, that they have to walk several kilometers to get education and that despite children’s and teacher’s will, several things are severely lacking.

Back to France, we decided to help these children and teachers as much as possible, to allow them a better future, to easy access to education and to open up to other activities.

"I am expecting from you that you develop our human relationship in order to get to know us better, to help us in a satisfying manner. Otherwise, what you will give us will be like giving us clothes that was not made to measure. And finally, the result will be that you will lose the fabric and we won’t be dressed. "
